About This Cheerleading Hen Party Dance Class in Swansea
Swansea is a city that knows how to roar for its own. Up at Landore the Swans — the Jacks — pack out the Swansea.com Stadium, and that white-shirted, full-voiced terrace energy is exactly what a cheer routine feeds on. We are not affiliated with the club, but we borrow that home-crowd spirit for a cheerleading dance hen party Swansea friends throw everything into: sharp arms, big chants and a group that lifts the bride like she has just scored in the ninetieth minute.
The choreography is punchy and precise — clean high-Vs and daggers, pom-pom shakes, a synchronised kick-line and call-and-response chants we can build around the bride's name. We teach it in slow, drilled stages so the arms stay crisp and everyone hits the same lines, then bring it up to full pace and full volume. A cheerleading dance hen do Swansea is loud, coordinated and ridiculously good fun, whatever the group's fitness.
We come to you with the pom-poms, the speaker and the whole routine — a Mumbles rental, an Uplands house, an SA1 flat or a Gower barn with room to kick. You learn the set, film the final chant, and head out along the Marina or into Wind Street with your voices already warmed up.

What Our Hens Say
Cheerleading hen parties we have taught across Swansea.
"So much energy from start to finish. We had chants built around the bride's name and by the end the whole street could hear us. Our teacher kept the arms sharp and the laughs coming. Brilliant Swansea hen."
— Heledd Bowen ★★★★★"Came out to our place near Morriston with pom-poms for everyone. Fifteen of us doing a kick-line in the garden. Nobody is sporty and it did not matter one bit. The video is class."
— Catrin Trick ★★★★★"Loud, active and non-stop fun. We did the class then went down to the Marina for photos before Wind Street. The bride felt like she'd just scored a winner. Would recommend to any Swansea group."
— Megan Prosser ★★★★★"Perfect for our sporty lot. Really well organised, great with the couple of nervous ones, and the chants had us in stitches. Ended the hour completely buzzing. Top choice."
— Rhiannon Padley ★★★★★Cheerleading Hen Party FAQ
Everything you need to know about our Cheerleading hen party dance class in Swansea.
Where in Swansea does the cheerleading class happen? +
Wherever suits your group. Most hens use their own base — a Mumbles rental, an Uplands house, an SA1 apartment or a Gower farmhouse. We bring the pom-poms, the speaker and the floor plan, so you just need a room with space to kick and move. For Gower and Mumbles stays we confirm travel and timing when you book.
What does it cost, and are there hidden extras? +
It is £140 for an hour or £165 for ninety minutes, and that one fee covers the whole group rather than being per head. The choreographer, the pom-poms, the tailored routine, the music and the filmed run-through are all included. The only optional extras are a £10 bubbly toast for the room and venue hire, which applies only if you would like us to arrange a space.
Do we need to be fit or sporty for this? +
Not at all. The routine is built for all fitness levels and taught in gentle, repeated stages, so nobody gets left behind. There is no gymnastics or risky lifting — it is about sharp arms, chants and coordinated moves rather than acrobatics. We keep the pace friendly and everyone ends up in time and full of beans.
How many hens can take part? +
From five up to thirty or more. Bigger groups make the kick-line and the chants far more impressive, and we adapt the formations so everyone has a role. Just make sure the room fits everyone with space to move their arms and kick, and we shape the routine and the volume to match your numbers on the day.
Can we theme the outfits and chants? +
Definitely. Matching cheer skirts, ribbons, sashes and pom-poms all lift the photos, and we build custom chants around the bride's name and any in-jokes you share. We keep it camera-friendly so the looks and the energy land on film. Plenty of Swansea groups head straight out to Wind Street in their cheer kit afterwards.
How early should we book? +
Weekend dates in spring and summer fill fast, so six to eight weeks ahead is sensible, and longer over peak wedding season. Weekday and quieter-season hens can sometimes be arranged at shorter notice. Booking early gives us the best chance of matching your preferred time around the rest of your Swansea weekend.
