About This Chicago Hen Party Dance Class in Kent
Sharp, sultry and impossibly cool, Chicago is the show that makes everyone want to reach for a bowler hat. Touring productions light up Kent stages like the Hazlitt in Maidstone, and our Chicago dance hen party in Kent channels that smoky, razzle-dazzle energy into a routine your group can actually perform. We come to you, from the county town out to the coast.
Expect classic Fosse styling — rolled shoulders, isolated hips, slinky jazz hands and plenty of attitude, often danced with a chair for that unmistakable speakeasy look. It is glamorous rather than gymnastic, so a Chicago dance hen do in Kent flatters every body and every ability. Your instructor teaches the signature moves slowly until the whole group oozes cabaret confidence.
Whether your hens are gathering in a Maidstone hotel, a Medway loft or a Tunbridge Wells townhouse, we bring the music, the counts and the red-and-black drama to your door. We run right across Kent, so the timing slots neatly around dinner and drinks. Fancy a toast between numbers? Add a £10 bottle of fizz for the bride.

Everything you need to know about our Chicago hen party dance class in Kent.
Which Kent towns do you cover for Chicago hen parties? +
All of them — we are entirely come-to-you. Groups regularly book us in Maidstone, the Medway towns of Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford and along the coast. Give us your venue postcode and we will confirm an instructor for your date.
We are not dancers — will we cope? +
Absolutely. Fosse style is all about attitude and clean shapes rather than fast, complicated steps, and we teach it slowly. Beginners tend to look the most impressive of all because the cool, controlled poses are so striking.
How much is it and what is included? +
A flat group rate of £140 for one hour or £165 for ninety minutes, covering your instructor coming to you rather than a per-person fee. Add a £10 bottle of fizz for the bride if you fancy a toast. We only charge for a venue if you need us to find one.
Do we use chairs like in the show? +
If you would like. Chairs give you that iconic speakeasy silhouette, but they are entirely optional and we can choreograph a brilliant routine without them. Just let us know your preference when you book.
How many hens can join in? +
From small, intimate groups up to twenty-plus, we can make it work. For larger parties we will talk through space and timing so everyone gets a proper turn in the spotlight.
What should we wear? +
Black looks fantastic, with a pop of red and a bowler hat if you want to lean into the theme. Comfortable shoes you can move in are the main thing — we will send styling tips once you book.
