About K-Pop Classes in Kent

K-Pop dance is the razor-sharp, synchronised choreography behind the world's biggest Korean pop acts — BTS, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids, TWICE and NewJeans. It is the routine you have watched a hundred times and mirrored in your kitchen; our classes break the real thing down count by count so you can actually dance it, not just approximate it. Kent has a big K-Pop fanbase but almost nowhere teaching the choreography properly to adults.

We fix that on a come-to-you basis. Kent is a county rather than a city, so instead of one central studio we bring K-Pop wherever a group forms and branch by hub: Maidstone, the Medway towns around Rochester and Chatham, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Ashford by the International station, and the coast at Folkestone and Thanet. A mirror-friendly room is confirmed when you book your nearest session.

No experience is needed and no fandom test either — though knowing the songs helps the counts stick. Each block focuses on one track, learned in full, with real attention to the synchronisation and formation changes that make a cover look sharp. Wear clothes you can move in and clean trainers. Kent is long, so we keep you to a hub near home rather than sending you across the map.

Why Choose K-Pop in Kent?

The Real Choreo

You learn the actual routines from the videos, broken down count by count — not a loose approximation set to the song.

Synchronised & Sharp

K-Pop trains clean angles, stops and formation changes, so a group of beginners starts to move as one — the whole point of a cover.

Made to Film

Every block ends filmable. You leave with a routine you can record for your socials or just to prove to yourself you nailed it.

Cardio in Disguise

Fast, precise choreography is a proper sweat that never feels like exercise. £8 a session, drop-in, at a Kent hub near you.

K-Pop in Kent FAQ

Everything you need to know before your first class.

What is K-Pop dance? +

K-Pop dance is the sharp, synchronised choreography from Korean pop acts like BTS, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids, TWICE and NewJeans. Our Kent classes teach the exact routines from the music videos, broken down count by count so you master the moves you have watched on screen.

Do I need experience or to know the groups? +

Neither. Beginners are welcome and we build slowly; knowing the songs just helps the counts land faster. Plenty of our Kent starters came in able to hum a chorus and little else.

Where in Kent are the K-Pop classes? +

Wherever a group gathers — we come to you across the county rather than run one studio. Hubs include Maidstone, the Medway towns, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford and the coast, with a mirror-friendly room confirmed when you book.

How much does a class cost? +

£8 a session, paid on the day, no membership or contract. Block booking follows once a hub's timetable settles. It costs nothing to register your interest and find your nearest session.

What songs will we dance to? +

Each block focuses on one track — a current hit or a classic — learned in full. We rotate across acts like BLACKPINK, BTS, Stray Kids and NewJeans so the repertoire keeps growing. We teach the choreography only, never anything you would need a licence to perform.

Will we film the dance? +

Optionally, yes. K-Pop covers are made to be shared, so each block ends with a full run you can record for your socials — though joining in for the filming is always your choice.

What should I wear? +

Comfortable clothes you can move sharply in and clean, flat trainers with grip. Bring water — the routines are faster and more of a workout than they look on screen.

How far will I travel in Kent? +

We keep you to a hub near home — Maidstone, Rochester, Chatham, Ashford International, Tunbridge Wells or a coastal town — rather than across the county, since Kent journeys can be long. Tell us your town for the closest class.

Can we book a private K-Pop session for a group? +

Yes — private and closed-group sessions can be arranged at any Kent hub we cover, popular for birthdays and friend groups who want their own track and slot. Send your town and rough numbers for a quote.
