Is it a very energetic class? +
It has plenty of bounce, but the pace is yours to set. We start gently, add energy in stages and build in breathers, so it stays fun rather than exhausting. Complete beginners and mixed-age groups keep up with it comfortably.
Do we need to be able to dance? +
Not at all. Fame is about attitude and enthusiasm over technique, and every step is taught slowly and repeated until it sticks. A room of first-timers ends the hour looking — and sounding — like a proper 80s dance troupe.
